The 2025 Great Lakes Carriage Classic (GLCC) welcomes Vendors to the Marketplace

The perfect opportunity to highlight your products and services at this prestigious carriage driving event, held annually at the Ancaster Fair Grounds.

Dates:- July 2025 – Friday 25th through Sunday 27th
Location:- Ancaster Fairgrounds – 630 Trinity Rd, Jerseyville, Ontario

Times for Vendors – Open to Close

  • Friday July 25 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Saturday July 26 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (option to be open in evening if desired by vendor)
  • Sunday July 27 9:00 am to close of show – approximate 3:30pm

Vendor Benefits

  • Vendor business profile submitted by you and approved by the Vendor Co-Ordinator
  • GLCC Facebook and Website posting of your business profile with detail of products, services and contact information. Website posting remains to July 1, 2026

Vendor Setup and Breakdown

  • Setup may be done on Thursday from noon to 6 pm OR  any day PRIOR to the start of the show (final schedule will be available on website)
  • Breakdown may be done at the end of each day AFTER the show is COMPLETED

Vendor Visibility – Marketplace Site Plan       

Located in the spacious main arena around the end of the show ring gives exposure to competitors, spectators and the public that may be at adjacent events. Please refer to the arena site plan for additional information.  Signage to locate the Marketplace and Vendors visible on the Fair Grounds.

Booths – Reference Site Plan

Booths are assigned with preference given to those who confirm early.

  • indoor facility
  • spacing between booths is approximately 4’
  • single booth is approximately 10’w x 8’d – 17 single tables
  • double booths is two double tables
  • shared booth – donation value the same as given in costs – divided between (2) vendors
  • each vendor receives (1) table and (2) chairs (except shared), table coverings not supplied
  • power source – many booths have electrical outlets, if requested we will attempt to accommodate
  • visible to spectator bleachers and to all entering the building

Costs

There will be no charge for usage of booth space. In lieu, Vendors are requested to donate an item or items in the value range of $100 for a single booth and $150 for a double booth,( applied to the duration of your stay at the show). Please book your table/time with the Vendor Co-ordinator. You are invited to present your donated item(s) to recipients at the award ceremony. Please include your company information and contact with your donated item.

NB Recommendation – Vendors’ valued merchandise and/or equipment to be moved to a safe location when not attended on Friday & Saturday evenings. The GLCC administration is not responsible for Vendors’ security.
